Haruyoshi Shimizu founded Shimizu Densetsu Kogyosho.
July 1950, a commemorative photo of shipping the first drying machine(obtained a utility model patent)

Shimizu Densetsu Kogyo Co., Ltd. founded.
1960
Light alloy heat treatment process passed Japan Defense Agency standards, a mesh belt-type continuous heat treatment device developed independently.
1974
Masayoshi Shimizu assumed office the role of CEO.
1975
Installed the first vacuum furnace.
1976
The first vacuum heat treatment furnace developed in-house.

Technical collaboration took place with Scientific Coating Inc. (USA) for the development of a CVD surface hardening processing device.

CVD surface hardening processing device installed, Coating processing Division was established.
1983
Starts contract-based coating processing at Kyoto plant.
1984
Low-temperature CVD device co-developed with Kobe Steel Ltd.
1985
Plasma-arc ion method PVD coating device adopted.
1986
Cooperative business agreement signed with Asai Sangyo Co., Ltd. over contract-based CVD and PVD processing.
1987
Sales agent contract was established with VFS Co., Ltd. (USA) for vacuum furnace sales.
1988
Our vacuum heat treatment furnace received “Hatsumei Shorei-Sho” (Invention encouragement prize) from the Japan Institute of Invention and Innovation.
1993
Local corporation JSK Hi-Tech Inc. established in Dallas, TX USA.
1995
New plant at Komaki established.
1999
Received recognition as a "Hanshin monozukuri (Innovation) leading company".
2000
Jiro Nagaya assumed office the role of CEO. ISO9001: Obtained 1994 certification(excluding SEAVAC (USA),L.L.C.).
2002
New plant at Sendai established.
2004
SEAVAC(USA), L.L.C. established in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
2005
Masayoshi Shimizu assumes the role of CEO.New building in Kyoto acquired.
Sendai plant was moved(2006)
2007
Increased capitalization to 63 million yen.
2008
December: Heat treatment equipment division sold to Ipsen Co., Ltd.
2009
ISO9001: obtained certification in 2008.(excluding SEAVAC (USA) L.L.C.).
2010
April: Hiroyuki Shimizu assumed office the role of President & CEO.
2013
November: Kyushu sales office established.
2015
April: Closed Kyushu sales office and established Kyushu plant.

September: Obtained ECO action 21

September: Obtained ISO 9001:2015(except SEAVAC (USA) L.L.C.)
