Coating services
ZERO-I
Utilizing the advantages of S-PVD and TiAlN , ZERO-I (Zero One) coating was born in pursuit of higher hardness and heat resistance. Treatment started in the United States due to strong customer demand.
TiN
The most standard PVD coating is TiN coating. In addition to cutting tools and cutters for steel materials, resin-molding dies, industrial parts, and decorative items that make use of wear resistance, they are also used for materials that touch the human body, such as artificial bones, by making use of the characteristics of titanium.
S-PVD
Our Hit Product for mold parts that further improves the impact resistance and wear resistance of TiN . It achieves both high hardness and thick film, and supports long tool life and high surface pressure.
TiAlN
TiN on Al by adding, is coated with improved more abrasion resistance and heat resistance. In an environment where the temperature exceeds 700 ° C, the Al component and oxygen are combined by frictional heat, and strong Al2o3 is generated on the outermost layer, contributing to further improvement of the service life.
TH
Achieves excellent oxidation resistance and high hardness, and is effective in high-speed cutting of hardened steel and high-hardness steel when combined with a carbide cutting tool. Mitsubishi Hitachi tool US Pat.No.6586122B2 is in use.
