My name is Ai Tateda, and I assumed the position of President and Director in April 2025.

I joined this company in an administrative role and have been mainly involved in the management division for many years. Supporting operations from behind the scenes and listening carefully to the voices of our employees while earnestly addressing the challenges and overall management of the company—these experiences have shaped who I am today.

Through my interactions with many people both inside and outside the company, I have learned about the responsibilities of being a manufacturer, the importance of quality, and what it means to continue being chosen by customers.
